I had ordered a Padmini Cooktop 2 Burner CS-201 vide order number 924275471 on 5 April 2013.

The email I got from HomeShop18.com said "Your order has been shipped vide AWB no. 337627450 through Vendor Self. Please expect this to be delivered to you in 2-3 working days." It has been 12 days now and I have still not got the ordered product. For the last 5 days I have been calling HomeShop18.com customer care and each day I am told that the order will come within 1 working day. There is in no delivery in sight. I had wanted to know if I could get a call at least before the product comes so that I can arrange for it to be accepted. But HomeShop18.com seems least interested in delivering my product after they have taken my money.

I suggest you escalate your complaints to omscase@gmail.com and contact@homeshop18.com. Also post your complaint through your Account in HS18. As far as the Zen Ultra Tab is concerned I have already posted my opinion about low cost Tablets and Phones. i do agree with u.purchasing from hs18 was a nigthmare experience,it is like a headache u purchase.i also bought a mobile(fuzizone),which was defective frm 1st day.then sending that back the same,no trace after that,calling frequently them in next 2-3months amounted apprx. 1000rs…response only gd mrng,gd day,gd evng without any sollution.after all when the replacement arrived it was a used one(as it had few many ph nos and few msgs stored in ph memory……so pls avoid purchasing from them.
