Samsung Galaxy Note makes its way to Canada

Valentine’s Day is the buzz that has been the talk of the town all week with couples sharing their sweet love all day today, the mobile gadget arena seems to be bubbling with the Android spotlight in action once again. Samsung today launched the Galaxy Note in Canada that is available with mobile carriers Bell and Telus. I would call the Galaxy Note neither a smartphone nor a tablet, it lies somewhere between the kitty as it in not as huge as tablet and it does not fit the smartphone form factor as well. The hardware specs on the device are excellent sporting a 5.3-inch SUPER AMOLED HD display, 1.5GHz processor, Android Gingerbread with TouchWiz UI. The Canadian release should soon be live with Rogers while we can also expect the US release of the Galaxy Note with AT&T to be up soon.

You may get the Samsung Galaxy Note contract-free at C$779.99 with Telus while slightly cheaper with Bell at C$729.99. The phone can also be bought with a three-year contract at C$199 with both the carriers.
