3G variants for Motorola XOOM 2 and Motorola XOOM 2 Media Edition launched in the UK

3G variants for Motorola XOOM 2 and Motorola XOOM 2 Media Edition launched in the UK

Motorola Mobility has introduced two new 3G variants for the Motorola XOOM 2 and XOOM 2 Media Edition. The Wi-Fi only and 3G + Wi-Fi versions for the device can be ordered via Carphone Warehouse. The XOOM 2 3G + Wi-Fi version comes at a price tag of £449.99, while the XOOM 2 Media Edition is priced at £399.99. Tablets are and trending like anything, beat it for students, kids, moms or professionals. The XOOM 2 series by Motorola exhibits great specs carrying forward the legacy of the original Motorola XOOM series, being lighter, faster and sleek. The only key hindrance that may lie towards the newly launched tablets may include Android Honeycomb as the OS that goes pre-loaded with it. As everybody is moving towards the Android ICS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) buzz, tablets with equal or better specs with ICS on it range in the same price band. For people who just love the XOOM 2 can still consider it as an option, the Wi-Fi only versions for both the aforesaid models still exist and start at £299.99. E-commerce comes in very hand for everyone at this point with the option to compare, review, and buy. Hence, while you plan to buy a tablet or any device, the web is the best place to explore and then order.

Motorola XOOM 2 complete specifications can be found on this link.

The developers at Instagram seem to be working really hard, Instagram for Android has now got its second update rolled out within 48 Hrs. of its release. The update 1.02 addresses multiple issues that includes a fix for images being displayed too small, ‘file not found’ errors while trying to import photos from gallery, search fixes for HTC devices, and camera incompatibility and crash related issues. For most of us who have already downloaded the app can apply the update it via the Google Play Store for our smartphones and devices. If you face issues while updating, I would suggest a full reinstall of the application. Folks who have not yet tried or experienced Instagram for Android yet should surely give it a try and be a part of the photo-sharing buzz. Instagram for Android is now available for download

The good news is in guys, Instagram for Android is now available for download from the Google Play Store. It had been a while since the pre-registration page for the app came up at the company’s website to register for app related info and its release date. The idea for Instagram for Android was originally talked about at SXSW at Austin this year. The development team at Instagram has made its best endeavor to provide rich, easy, and simple photo sharing at the push of a button. The app interface is quite similar to the iOS app for Apple products and uses almost all filters, borders and more to provide users with an equal experience across the Android and iOS platforms.

Since this the first release for Instagram for Android, it does not have Tilt Shift/Blur, Share from Feed, Live Preview and Share to Flickr features as of yet, but they should hopefully arrive soon to bridge minor platform differences.

What are you waiting for? Try out the app and experience instant photo sharing at its best and flaunt your photos to major social networks like Facebook, Foursqaure, Twitter, Tumblr and more. If you love photo editing, try out some customs filters, borders, Lux editing feature and more for your photos.

Instagram already awaits 430K+ users from its waiting list to use the Android app and add to its existing user base of 30+ million registered users. Be a part of the photo sharing evolution today and enjoy. The app is compatible with devices running Android 2.2 or higher. The Instagram network is gonna get a big blast with Android folks filling up fast, lets see how it goes ! If you’ve liked the app, please share your feedback and experience with us.  🙂
